When will you ship out my item?

Luxxedition will always aim to ship the next business day (Monday-Thursday) after the full payment has been received and processed. We do not ship Friday- Sunday. Luxxedition is not liable for any shipping delays. Visit our Shipping page for more info.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Zelle, Bank Wire, and TransferWise (WISE). We do not accept Paypal, Venmo, or Credit Cards at this time.

Are your items authentic? How do you authenticate your items?

Yes, all our items are 100% guaranteed authentic. Luxxedition only uses reputable authenticators for our items. We use Zeko’s Authentication, Lollipuff, & DesignerPawnLLC (Michelle Jessica), Bababei Authentication, Pro Authenticators, and Entrupy.

Where are you located and do you have in person viewing?

We are located in Los Angeles, California.

We currently don’t have a showroom so we can’t provide in person viewing at the moment. We provide all of our services online through our Instagram and website. You can DM us @Luxxedition on Instagram or reach us via email at Luxxedition@gmail.com.

What services do you offer?

We offer both consignments, buyouts, and trade in credit s for eligible items that meet our requirements. Please check our consignment page for more info!

I’ve submitted a consignment form but haven’t heard back, what do I do?

We aim to respond as soon as possible, but generally within 2-5 business days. Please check your spam folder for an email from luxxeditionconsignment@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

All items posted are described as detailed as possible by our team at Luxxedition, but if there are any doubts or question regarding the item you want to purchase, buyers are responsible for inquiring before purchase. 

All sales are final and are strictly non-refundable. Returns will only be permitted when an item is proven to be incorrectly described. Items are only considered incorrectly listed within the bounds of good sense (e.g. item has been listed with scratch, and there is a secondary minor scratch, returns will not be permitted). In some but not all cases, return postage will be covered by the buyer. After 5 days from the delivery date, the item is no longer refundable so kindly notify us as soon as possible within this time period.

Sale items are strictly nonrefundable. Please note that most of our items are preloved unless stated otherwise. Minor flaws will not be entertained. Due to the nature of vintage items, we unfortunately do not have a full work up history of refurbishment or retouching. Please note this prior to purchase, however we will do our best to detail any alterations we can note from our years of experience and give you our professional opinion.

In the case of where item has been agreed to be returned, item must be returned unworn, unused, and not damaged in any way. If it is suspected that a buyer has used or worn an item, then the refund may be refused and the item returned to the buyer.  All returned item must be safely packed in the same condition with all accessories as they were sent to buyer, and item should be delivered back to the original destination. Luxxedition is not liable or responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit.

Do you source items?

We do not source at this time, but please feel free to DM us if you have anything in mind and we can let you know if we have one incoming or keep you in mind!
