What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Zelle, Bank wire, Transferwise (Wise) and credit cards. We unfortunately don’t accept Amex credit cards, Venmo, or Paypal.All payments made via Zelle, Bank Wire, or Wise will receive a discount, as these methods do not incur credit card processing fees. Bank Transfer Pricing will be listed in the product details where applicable.
What is Bank Transfer Pricing?
We offer a discount when you choose to pay via bank transfer. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Bank Wire, and Wise (for international clients). This option provides added savings for customers who prefer direct payment methods.
Do you offer payment plans or layaway?
Yes, we do! Affirm is available at checkout for flexible financing options. If you prefer bank transfer pricing, we also offer private payment plans—complimentary for up to 4 weeks. Just send us a direct message or fill out our contact form to get started.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the applicable tax rate for the zip code of your shipping address. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: California.
Do you offer buybacks?
Yes, we do! We’re happy to consider buybacks. Due to market fluctuations, we evaluate each item individually and provide a quote based on current market value—with buybacks offered at up to 85% of the original purchase price. When will you ship out my item?
We strive to ship your order the next business day, Monday through Thursday, once full payment has been received and processed. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Luxxedition is not liable for any shipping delays. For more details, please visit our Shipping page.
Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
Due to the unique nature of consignment, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Where are you located and can I view your products in person?
We are located in Los Angeles, California! While we currently don’t have a showroom that allows for in person viewing, all of our products are featured on both our website and our instagram. I’ve submitted a consignment form but I haven’t heard back. What should I do?
We do our best to respond as soon as possible. If you haven’t heard from us after five business days, please feel free to reach out directly via Instagram DM @luxxedition or email us at Contact@Luxxedition.com

How long does the whole selling process take?
It will depend on the item and the process you choose, but generally it will take about 3-5 business days from delivery to finish intake and authentication. Buyouts and trade in will take priority and items will be taken in order.
Most of our items sell within a week to a few weeks but will range depending on item and combination.
What items do you accept?
We take preloved and new bags, small leather goods, and jewelry.
What brands do you accept?
We are currently accepting Chanel, Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Celine, Dior, Loewe, and Saint Laurent.
Will you tell me if my item is authentic?
We currently aren't authenticating items as a service.
How do you determine pricing?
We use market research and our expertise to determine a fair price that benefits both sellers and buyers, ensuring efficient transactions and successful sales.
Will you price match a quote from another company?
We do not offer price matching, but we're happy to revisit the price in the future if market conditions change and provide an updated quote or explore other available solutions.
What are the differences between trade in credit, cash payout and consignment?
We offer three flexible options depending on your goals and timeline:
1. Buyout
Looking for a quick and hassle-free solution? A buyout is your best bet. After you submit your consignment form, we’ll provide a quote based on your item's details. Once we receive, authenticate, and inspect the item, payment will be sent within 1-3 business days.
2. Trade-In Credit
Want to swap for something new? Trade-in credit works like a buyout, but with a bonus! You'll receive a higher value in the form of store credit, which can be applied to an item you're purchasing. Once we authenticate and inspect your item, we’ll apply the credit, collect or refund the difference, and ship your new piece.
3. Consignment
If you're not in a rush and want to maximize your return, consignment is the way to go. You'll receive the highest payout once the item sells. This is ideal for clients who have flexibility in their timeline.
Is the Consignment Fee and Payout Based on Bank Transfer or Credit Card Pricing?
All consignment payouts and take-backs are based on direct bank transfer pricing, not credit card pricing. This ensures you receive the most accurate and favorable rate aligned with our standard payout structure.
