Domestic/US Shipping
All orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped, although we strive to ship as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, please note that processing times may vary based on order volume and the time required to verify payment. We are not liable for any delays in shipping if we are unable to meet this timeframe.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Next Day for fast and secure delivery.
Barring any delays, UPS Next Day typically delivers within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Please note that holidays may impact shipping schedules.
Luxxedition cannot guarantee delivery by any specific day or time. Delays may be caused by weather or other possible issues by the shipping carrier. Luxxedition is unable to refund any shipping fees for these kinds of delays as they are out of our control.
International Shipping
All orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped, although we strive to ship as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We use DHL Express, Fedex Express and UPS Express for all international shipping.
Time frames without delays is generally 3-7 business days, however we are not liable for any delays in transit. Holidays may affect shipping schedules.
Any custom duties or taxes incurred will be your responsibility. We are not able to take payment through our website for international shipments at the moment. Please contact us for help or more information about international shipping and duties.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
Once an order has been fulfilled and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, Luxxedition is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, all purchases made through our website are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon receipt.
All items require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package, or alternatively, have it held for pickup at a local UPS location. If you need your item delivered on a specific day (Tuesday-Friday), please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, we will make every effort to assist you.
