Order Processing & Shipping Information
All orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment, though we strive to ship as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and payment verification.
Shipping Information
- Domestic Orders: Shipped via UPS 1-Day.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL. Please contact us directly, as we currently have shipping restrictions and cannot accept credit card payments for international orders.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email and/or Instagram. While we aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential shipping delays.
Please note, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, all purchases made through the website are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon receipt.
- All items require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package, or opt to have it held for pickup at a local UPS location.
- If you need the item delivered on a specific day (Tuesday-Friday), please reach out. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Shipping Liability & Responsibility
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Luxxedition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Proof of delivery (e.g., tracking status, timestamps, GPS data, photo evidence, or signature confirmation) will serve as confirmation that the package has been delivered to the correct address.

Luxxedition manages all shipping claims directly with the carrier. To file a claim, we ask for your cooperation and may require documentation (photos, signed statements, or proof of loss/damage).

- Refunds or replacements are subject to the carrier’s investigation and resolution.
- Failure to provide requested information may result in our inability to recover a refund or issue a replacement.

For fraud prevention, the shipping address must match the billing address. We may request additional information to verify shipping details before processing your order.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. For international purchases, please contact us directly for further details and to complete your order.
