All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of preloved luxury resale and limited inventory, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review all product photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations
Due to our quick processing and shipping times, as well as the unique, limited nature of our inventory, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed. Once an item is sold, it is typically removed from availability, making it difficult to reverse the transaction.
Our Buyback & Consignment Program
While we don’t accept returns, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a Buyback Program—receive up to 85% of the original purchase price for items bought through Luxxedition.
Prefer to consign instead? We’re happy to review your piece and provide a personalized consignment quote.
Forfeiture of Payment Plans
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, due to the nature of consignment and the resale of pre-loved items, we are unable to offer refunds on payment plans.
In the event of a forfeiture, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be returned.
