We offer three convenient solutions for selling your luxury bags:
Consignment, Buyouts, and Trade-in Credit.
Whether you prefer to list your item for sale, receive an immediate buyout, or trade it in for store credit, we provide personalized quotes and transparent pricing. Our consignment fee is competitive at 12% with a minimum of $300 for bags and $200 for jewelry and SLGs, ensuring you receive the maximum return on your investment.

Buyout vs Trade in Credit vs Consignment?
These options offer different timelines and solutions, giving you flexibility depending on your needs.
Consignment
The most advantageous solution for consignors with a longer time frame. Consignment will give you the highest payout, but it may take a little more time as the item is listed for sale. If you’re willing to wait, this option offers the best return on your item. Once your item is sold and shipped, you’ll receive payment within 3–5 business days.
Buyouts
This is the quickest and most hassle-free solution. After submitting your consignment form with the details of your item, we’ll provide you with a quote. Once we receive the item, authenticate it, and perform an inspection, you'll receive your payout or store credit within 1-3 business days. This option is ideal if you're looking for a fast and straightforward transaction.
Trade-in Credit
The trade-in credit works similarly to a buyout, but with the added benefit of a bonus credit amount. To participate in this program, you must have an item in mind that you’re looking to purchase at the same time as trading in your old one.

What are your consignment fees?
12% consignment fee on the listed bank wire price.
Minimum fees:

How long does the whole selling process take?
It will depend on the item and the process you choose, but generally it will take about 3-5 business days from delivery to finish intake and authentication. Buyouts and trade in will take priority and items will be taken in order.
Most of our items sell within a week to a few weeks but will range depending on item and combination.
How long are the quotes valid for?
Quotes are valid for 14 days. After that, please reach out for an updated quote, as market prices may fluctuate.
What items do you accept?
We take preloved and new bags, small leather goods, and jewelry.
What brands do you accept?
We are currently accepting Bottega Veneta, Celina, Chanel, Dior, Hermes, Loewe, and Saint Laurent.
Will you tell me if my item is real or fake?
We currently aren't authenticating items as a service.
How do you determine pricing?
We use market research and our expertise to determine a fair price that benefits both sellers and buyers, ensuring efficient transactions and successful sales.
Will you price match a quote from another company?
We do not offer price matching, but we're happy to revisit the price in the future if market conditions change and provide an updated quote or explore other available solutions.
What are the differences between trade in credit, cash payout and consignment?
We offer three flexible options depending on your goals and timeline:
1. Buyout
Looking for a quick and hassle-free solution? A buyout is your best bet. After you submit your consignment form, we’ll provide a quote based on your item's details. Once we receive, authenticate, and inspect the item, payment will be sent within 1-3 business days.
2. Trade-In Credit
Want to swap for something new? Trade-in credit works like a buyout, but with a bonus! You'll receive a higher value in the form of store credit, which can be applied to an item you're purchasing. Once we authenticate and inspect your item, we’ll apply the credit, collect or refund the difference, and ship your new piece.
3. Consignment
If you're not in a rush and want to maximize your return, consignment is the way to go. You'll receive the highest payout once the item sells. This is ideal for clients who have flexibility in their timeline.
Is the Consignment Fee and Payout Based on Bank Transfer or Credit Card Pricing?
All consignment payouts and take-backs are based on direct bank transfer pricing, not credit card pricing. This ensures you receive the most accurate and favorable rate aligned with our standard payout structure.

Trade-in Submission:
You submit your old item for trade-in.

Inspection and Authentication:
Once we receive your item, we will authenticate and inspect it to evaluate its condition and value.

Credit Application:
After the inspection, we’ll apply the trade-in credit (which includes the bonus amount) to the cost of the new item you’re purchasing.

Payment Adjustment:
If there’s a difference between the trade-in credit and the price of your new item, we’ll either refund or collect the difference.

Shipping:
Once everything is settled, we’ll ship your new item to you.
